Sustainability is embedded throughout our operations, with a clear pathway to Net Zero by 2030 supported by annual carbon reporting, emissions monitoring and reduction planning across energy, procurement, travel and equipment. We are ISO 14001 accredited and registered with the SME Climate Hub and the Climate Pledge.
Our structured ESG programme is led by a dedicated ESG Champion, who works with operational teams and clients to develop, implement and report on ESG commitments.

- Our systems are fully cloud-based, significantly reducing paper consumption and minimising our environmental footprint.
- The implementation of a Green Procurement Policy, incorporating circular economy principles, waste reduction and responsible sourcing into purchasing decisions.
- Recycling programmes for end-of-life uniforms and equipment to divert waste from landfill.
- Contract-specific sustainability commitments, including the use of electric vehicles where appropriate and tailored recycling initiatives for our clients.
- Employee participation in Cushon, a Net Zero pension scheme that aligns long-term financial investments with environmental responsibility.

Social Impact
Through our partnership with The Trussell Trust, we focus our volunteering and fundraising on tackling UK food poverty, including food bank collections, fundraising campaigns and employee volunteering.
Our people are central to our success. We invest in their continuous development through our in-house Learning Management System and provide regular ESG and EDI training with annual refreshers to keep awareness and best practice current.
